Any bookings for services to be performed by Wine Legends are considered a reservation when paid in full and confirmed by email from Wine Legends.
Any service or wine tour service booked online either directly or indirectly with a third party will only be reserved when confirmed in writing (by direct email).
Wine Legends cannot guarantee bookings for services to be performed less than seven (7) days prior to the day of reservation even if the booking is made on an online booking platform whether on this website or a third party website.
Reservations for services to be performed must be paid in full at the time of booking or within seven (7) days of the date of confirmed booking date.
Wine Legends will provide a full refund of services to be provided in the following circumstances:

Wine Legends may, at their discretion, provide a credit for services in the following circumstances:
Any credit for services to be provided that have been previously paid for must be used within 90 days of the original booking date.
Service Replacement Policy
Wine Legends may use third parties to replace part of or all of the services required to fulfil the itinerary of any tour.
Wine Legends cannot guarantee a wine producer’s availability at the time of booking and as such reserves the right to replace requested sections of the tour at any stage.
